Design a Custom Board256-megabit serial flash memory supporting standard SPI and quad SPI (QPI) interfaces for high-speed data access. Operates at 2.7-3.6V with maximum clock frequency up to 104MHz in SPI mode and 50MHz in QPI mode. Ideal for embedded systems, microcontroller program storage, and data logging applications requiring large non-volatile memory.
The 1.27mm pin pitch and small outline of this 16-pin SOIC make hand-soldering difficult and breadboard-incompatible. A breakout board brings pins to standard 0.1" spacing and castellated edges, enabling rapid prototyping of audio controllers, isolated transceivers, and flash memory interfaces without specialized soldering equipment.
