This high-speed digital optocoupler integrates an infrared LED with a logic-gate photodetector featuring an open-collector output and strobable enable control. It supports data rates up to 10 Mbit/s with 5 kVrms galvanic isolation and ≥10 kV/µs common-mode transient rejection. Housed in an 8-pin SMD package, it operates from –40°C to +85°C and interfaces directly with TTL and 5 V CMOS logic for ground loop elimination, line receivers, and switching power supply feedback.
